Arora began his career in the telecom industry, working for companies like T-Mobile Europe and Vodafone. He later joined Google in 2004, where he held several senior positions over a decade-long tenure. Arora played a crucial role in expanding Google's presence in Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) and served as the company's Senior Vice President and Chief Business Officer.
